Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Handmade items may take a little longer — but I’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $160. Standard delivery times within Australia are usually 3–8 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually 10–20 business days.

(Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond my control.)


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Local Pickup

If you are located in Adelaide, SA, I offer free local pickup. You’ll be able to select this option at checkout, and I’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Duyen Del Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at [insert your email] with photos, and I’ll help sort it out. Duyen Del Design is not responsible for packages lost by the postal service, but I’ll do my best to assist where possible.
