Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns or exchanges on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact me at duyendel@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of these products, custom or personalised orders and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
